Left early (7:10 am), pushing to make Sea Island before dark.

We discovered a 
bit of shallow water where it should be deep on the left side of the channel 
between markers 194 & 195. The range marker on Buttermilk Sound is also 
damaged. 
<p>
More traffic on this leg - a few sailboats and trawlers, plus a tugboat.

Cold later in the day as well - looking forward to that hottub at the marina....

Made Jekyll Island Marina about 5:40 pm - 73 miles!.

They had nice 
big showers but the pool and hot tub were closed. Who closes thier hot tub in 
January? The oysters here at the restaurant were great as was the clam and 
conch chowders.
<p>
